Duke is a lovely boy who has fitted into his foster home right away and made instant friends with his little staffy foster-mate, Roxy. And he seems good with all size dogs. He is obviously smart as he worked out the doggie-door really quick and lets himself out to do his business (so no accidents inside). He sleeps through the night beside Roxy without a sound. We think he may be better with another doggie playmate.

 

He hops in and out of the car by himself and is very good traveling in the car. He enjoys his walks and finds everything very interesting and worth a sniff. When walking on leash he is good when we see another dog, but dogs behind a fence get him excited so he needs a little more training. He is good inside the home, eats all his food and isn't bothered with Roxy near him when he eats. You need to be firm with him but he gets the idea that he is doing something wrong fairly quickly. He would be best with kids 10yrs+.

 

He is a very friendly and is always coming over for pats and ear scratches. and so is quite an affectionate boy. We think he will fit right in to his new family with ease!
