Please only apply for this greyhound if you have:

- Spend time at home more than away
- Have a grassed yard for Maisie's zoomies
- Can provide lots of love and a good supply of soft toys

Maisie is just the cutest little blue gal and she keeps you amused with her busy antics – which primarily consists of her desire to be an Interior Designer!

She thinks soft furnishings need to be carried around to see if they might be better suited in another location. Some items Maisie thinks don’t look so good in her foster home – so an evening perusal of the lawn is required to collect soft toys and the odd wandering cushion or fluffy bathmat. Any new furnishings have high value, but she is starting to realise that “dog toys” are best to carry around including her red pillow-pet instead of my cushions!

Maisie is a very affectionate young girl who loves getting her ears and face rubbed/cuddled. She can be persuaded to stay off the couch, but when she sees you settling in for a TV session – she tries on her best puppy-eyes to see if you will let her up to lie beside you.

Like many young greyhounds, she is a Velcro dog who just wants to be right beside you to snooze away… She will happily join you in your home office or out in the garden! And she just loves to roach!

She needs a grassed backyard as in the cool of the evening she often tosses her toys around, and the fun and excitement of it all soon bursts into a zoomie for a few excited laps!

Maisie enjoys her daily walks and is happy to visit a café for a coffee stop. She travels well in the car and just settles down for the ride.

She is currently living very happily with two male greyhounds and would ideally love a playful doggie companion in her forever home. She is curious about small dogs but will happily walk on past them when told.

We think she would be okay in a solo dog home, provided her owners were home more than away and she was allowed to stay inside the home when they were out (she is not destructive). She is toilet trained and can use a dog door.

In a nutshell, Maisie is just adorable – cute as a button!
