Riley will be turning 5 years at the end of January and he is the most cuddly, affectionate and well mannered greyhound. He loves to put his head on your shoulder and receive ear scratches and kisses. He always returns the favour with a lick and a nuzzle of his cheek on yours.

Riley has beautiful house manners and only comes on the bed and couch when invited. He is toilet trained and has never had an accident in the house. When his people are out, Riley is happy to have a nap on his bed and listen to the cricket. He does little hops of joy when his people come home to him!

 

Riley loves to explore and will happily jump in the car for a ride to the lake, the park or to friends’ houses. He walks very calmly on the lead, and loves poking his head in bushes to have a really good sniff. He is not reactive to other dogs, people or noises - he’s Mr Confident.

Riley has lovely manners with little dogs and behaves calmly when they come to his house, or he goes to theirs. Riley could go to a home with a little dog - one that isn’t too yappy, he hopes.

Riley just loves to be with his people and would do best with a family that is looking for another member of the pack. He would do best with children 8+ because sometimes he can cuddle a little bit too strongly. Riley would be happy being the only dog in a family who are home often, or with a female doggie.

Riley has so much love to give and charms everyone with his sunny, easy personality and his beautiful eyes.
