Piper is a total sweetheart! She is an affectionate, playful and mischievous greyhound with such a lovely temperament. You just want to give her endless pats and cuddles! She is even fine with cats and has been happily living in a foster home with a cat.

Piper gets very excited about going for her daily walk and can sometimes be a bit cheeky when getting ready. However once out and about she is very controlled and good on her commands. She enjoys her walks, and likes to have a sniff along her travels.

Piper is still shy with other dogs, and is curious when out on walks, stopping and watching them go by. If a dog comes too close she likes some protection and reassurance from her handler, but this is slowly improving and she is gaining confidence on her daily walks.

She needs yard space as she loves her zoomies!!! Piper is also content playing outside with her toys or gnawing on her bones. Piper has been mainly living as a solo dog, and in fine weather she has been content to be outside on her own for a few hours but much longer and she gets restless. But we know she would happily live with another greyhound or medium large breed to play with.

She loves roaching on the couch and can be quite soppy - resting her head on your lap for gentle pats, and when truly relaxed loves her tummy rubs.

Piper is happy to head to bed between 7-8pm, and settles through the night and of course is toilet trained.
We know that the family who adopts her will have one of the best dogs ever!
